Digital Delivery
Digital products are delivered electronically. Depending on the product, delivery may occur:
- immediately after purchase via a download link on the order confirmation page, and/or
- via email sent to the address used at checkout.
If you have any trouble accessing your files, contact us using our contact us form and we will help.
Shipping Policy
Order fulfillment
Some physical items are made to order and fulfilled through print-on-demand partners. This means production begins after you place your order.
Production time
Production typically takes 2–7 business days before shipping (this can vary by product and season).
Shipping times
Shipping times and costs depend on your location and the shipping method selected at checkout. Estimated delivery timeframes are shown at checkout where available.
Tracking
If tracking is available for your shipment, we will send tracking details to the email address used at checkout once your order ships.
Multiple items / multiple shipments
If your order contains multiple items, they may ship separately and you may receive more than one tracking notification.
Returns and Refunds
Digital products
Due to the nature of digital products, all digital download sales are final once delivered.
If you experience an issue such as:
- not receiving the download,
- receiving the wrong file, or
- a file that won’t open,
please contact us using our contact us form and we will work with you to resolve it.
Print-on-demand physical products (apparel, etc.)
Print-on-demand items are made to order. We do not accept returns or exchanges for:
- change of mind,
- incorrect size selection, or
- preference.
However, if your item arrives damaged, misprinted, or incorrect, contact us within 7 days of delivery using our contact us form with:
- your order number, and
- clear photos of the issue.
If the issue is confirmed, we will offer an appropriate remedy such as a replacement (reprint) or refund, depending on the circumstances.
Consumer law
Nothing in this policy limits any rights you may have under applicable consumer laws.
